Agenda item 1:2 was removed from the consent agenda at the request of staff. Agenda item 1.4:

Assistant'City Engineer Morgan presented the staff report for the final plat of the Ponderosa: Place ' ;
II Subdivision. There is an existing rear access easement that staff would like to retain as part of` '
this plat:-for future access to other lots in the subdivision. .This access easement is riot shown on
the revised .final =plat. Staff recommended approval of the final plat with the 'condition that the
..
existing access easement be included on the resubdivision plat. - : ' ; ' ,
Commissioner .Smith moved to recommend approval of the final plat . of the Ponderosa Place II `--
Tract "A=1 Subdivision with staff recommendations ..:including the dedication of the rear access
easement: Commissioner Hall seconded the motion which-passed, unopposed (5 - 0). ~ `

ITEM: Consideration of a Replat for. Univer rty Oaks Section Two, Lots 24 & 25, located on
the north side of Dominik Drive between Oly pia Wa and. Athens Drive. (94-242)
ITEM SUMMARY: This. replat is shifting anior lot line between two existing structures to
eliminate existing property line encroachments. The Planning and Zoning Commission considered
.this .item on their November 17th consent agenda. The Commission recommended approval with
the staffrecommendations.
STAFF.. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends .approval with the Presubmission
Conference' comments.

SUBJECT: Final Plan - University Oaks Section II; proposed resubdivision of
.lots 24 and 25, block 5 of the University. Oaks Section Two final plat to relocate
an interior lot line..-(94-242)
A Presubmission Conference Meeting was held' Wednesday, October .12, 1994 to discuss the
above mentioned final plat: The following ordinance. requirements and comments were made by
the various staff members:
Ordinance Requirements:
Submit paid tax certificates.
Comments/Concerns:
_ Provide a 5" public utility easement along the east property .line of lot 24R for a street
light. Coordinate details with Electrical Line Coordinator Don Lusk at (409) 764-3660.
The existing mains shown on the plat ..are drawn incorrectly. Coordinate correct location
with Engineering Assistant Samantha Smith at {409) 764-3660.

SUBMIT 1 MYLAR ORIGINAL AND 16 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT BY
