subdivision located on the .east side of Longmire approximately half way between
Pinon and Rock Prairie containing 4.58 acres and providing 5 commercial lots.
Applicant: Godfrey Construction, owner. Urban Design Group, Engineer

Subject Tract: Currently zoned C-2 Commercial Industrial.

Proposed Use:. An Education Station business will be on one of the lots. The uses for the
rest are unknown'at this time.
