1. Protect all existing construction from damage during
construction.
2. Refer to site plan for approximate location of all known utilitie$.
Verify locations of all water, power, sewer, gas, etc. Protect and
mark appropriately prior to beginning any excavation or
construction at site. .
The Contractor shall notify the City of College Station
Engineering Division forty-eight (48) hours in advance of any
construction in City of College Station Right of Way and I or
Public Utility easement.
4. The contractor will be responsible for all required to apply and
pay for all permits, as required by the City of College Station.
5. Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions during.
layout at the site and contact the Architect should any problems
become evident.
