STAFF COMMENTS /RECOMMENDATIONS
The plat is being replatted to add an access easement and reduce the width of the
drainage and public utility easement between lots CS and B1. A Presubmission
Conference was held on July 20, 1994 at' which time staff had several comments. Staff
would recommend approval with the Presubmission conference comments.
