Correct the signature .block.. of the City .Engineer to "College .Station", Texas instead of "Bryan", Texas. _ The proposed 30' .drainage easement may need to be enlarged since the construction plans are not approved. The width of this easement .must be determined and shown on the final plat prior to the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 1994. _ Submit the completed final plat application.. SUBMIT 15 COPIES OR THE REVISED FINAL PLAT BY FRIDAY, JULY 29, 1994 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE .PLANNING. AND ZONING COMMISSION PACKETS FOR THE MEETING OF THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 1994. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved this item by consent with staff recommendations at their August 4, 1994 meeting.,. STAFF.. (94-236) A Presubrnission Conference .Meeting was .held Wednesday, July 20, 1994 to discuss the above mentioned final plat. The Conference recommended approval of the final plat as 'submitted with the following conditions: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: Ordinance Requirements: _ Submit a copy of the access easements, on the adjacent lots including lot C5, dedicated by separate instrument prior to the filing of the subject plat for record. The plat should. be a resubdivision or replat and not an amending plat. Dimension the "30' Drainage and Public Utility Easement" that changed from the existing 45' in width.
