Correct the signature .block.. of the City .Engineer to "College .Station", Texas instead of "Bryan", Texas. _ The proposed 30' .drainage easement may need to be enlarged since the construction plans are not approved. The width of this easement .must be determined and shown on the final plat prior to the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 1994. _ Submit the completed final plat application..
