STAFF COMMENTS /RECOMMENDATIONS A Presubmission conference was held on July 20, 1994 for Phase 4A only.. At that .meeting staff recommended approval with 4 minor changes to the plat. Phases 4B and 4C were not formally reviewed at a Presubmission Conference because the plats matched the approved preliminary and staff had no additional comments. Staff recommends approval. of 4B and 4C and approval of 4A with the Presubmission conference comments.
