Because this. plat revised the original concept of Hawthorn connecting into. Holleman Drive,
the applicant was advised at the.. preliminary plat stage that access would :have to be provided
~r financially guaranteed to lot nine of the adjacentplaf to the south, with the final plat on this
property. At this time the applicant is intending toconstruct a drive to public alley st<zndards
from Holleman to the lot in question..
