To my knowledge, this is the first time we have received such an agreement on the subject. property. There was however, a release of a temporary blanket utility easement that was submitted. pnor to the filing of the final plat. This document was. signed by the Mayor, of the City of College Station and. returned. toyou on:November I6, 1994. Since..the filing of that document is the applicant's responsibility, we have no record of that document being filed. Enclosed is a copy of the. release of a temporary blanket utility easement for the subject property and a copy of a letter that accompanied that document. If there are additional agreements that need to be signed by the City of College Station, please send them to me as soon as possible so that I can forward them to our legal department for their. review and approval. Because the lots are identical to the original plat, no formal PRC was required. Staff has reviewed the plat, made the appropriate comments, and has verified that the plat before you has been modified to meet our requirements. Staff recommends approval of the plat.
