STAFF COMMENTS./ RECOMMENDATIONS
This final plat replats the existing single lot subdivision into 4 tracts. A Presubmission Conference
meeting was held on Wednesday, May 18, 1994 to discuss the final plat. At that time only a few
comments were made regarding necessary changes. Staff recommends approval with the
Presubmssion Conference comments, including the recommendation. that Tracts F-2, F-3, and F-4
are viewed as a single :building plot for signage and access.
