SUBJECT: Final Plat - Estates at River Run; an E.T.J. subdivision totalling 302.48
acres divided into 37 single family lots and 1 oil well location generally
located on the west side of Hope's Creek Road approximately 2.6 miles
west of EM. 2818 and Dowling Road. (94-217)
A Pre submission Conference Meeting was held Wednesday, May 4, 1994 to discuss the
above mentioned final plat. The following comments were made by the various
reviewing agents:
ENGINEERING:
Submit a revised master preliminary plat showing any changes on the proposed
final plat including street names.
Note the minimum finished floor elevations on the single family lots, as
established by the master preliminary plat
Label Dowling Road and Hopes Creek Road on the vicinity map.

Label right-of-way widths.
Show the date of the maps used to determine the 100 year floodplain areas.
G.T.E.:
Submit a utility layout and revised master preliminary plat. Coordinate service
details with G. T.E. Representative Laverne Akin at (409) 821 ~4 723.
SUBMIT 1 ORIGINAL AND 10 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT BY
FRIDAY, MAY 13, 1994 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION PACKETS FOR THE MEETING OF THURSDAY, MAY 19, 1994.
THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE PRELIMINARY PLAT ON
THURSDAY, JUNE 9, 1994. BOTH MEETINGS WILL BE HELD IN THE CITY
HALL COUNCIL ROOM, 1101 TEXAS AVENUE AT 7:00 P.M.
