HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiscellaneous .;. .~ FILE NOTE Lakeview Acres Revised Case #94-215 On Wednesday, May 4, 1994, the Pre submission Conference Committee met to discuss the Lakeview Acres Revised final plat for the proposed Southwood Funeral Home at the corner of Texas Avenue and Morgans Lane. At that time, the Committee determined that the plat would have to come back to the Committee because the original 5.0 acre parent tract was not shown on the proposed plat. The property had been illegally subdivided into smaller lots and the original parent tract was not shown. The applicant was told that if he brought in the final plat with the original 5.0 acre parent tract by Friday, May 6, 1994 at noon, it would be scheduled for the PRC meeting on May 11, 1994. Representative Mike Lavender, TCA Cable Representative SUBJECT: Final Plat - Lakeview Acres Revised; proposed resubdivision of lot 16C, 2.07 acres to include four C-1 Commercial lots located at the intersection of Morgan's Lane and Texas Avenue. (94-215) A Presubmission Conference Meeting was held Wednesday, May 11, 1994 to discuss the above mentioned final plat. The following comments were made by the various reviewing agents: ENGINEERING: UTILITIES: Provide public water and sanitary sewer service to each lot. After meeting with Electrical Operations Coordinator Tony Michalsky at 764-3660 and G.T.E. Representative Laverne Akin at 821-4723 on the site, provide necessary easements for all utilities. W ATER/W ASTE WATER: Provide a public utility easement for the fire sprinkler line. SUBMIT 1 ORIGINAL FILM POSITIVE AND 10 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT BY FRIDAY, MAY 13, 1994 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION PACKETS FOR THE MEETING OF THURSDAY, MAY 19, 1994. THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE FINAL PLAT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 9, 1994. BOTH MEETINGS WILL BE HELD THE CITY HALL COUNCIL ROOM, 1101 TEXAS AVENUE AT 7:00 P.M.
