ENGINEERING Water: N/ A Sewer: N/ A Streets: Access provided by Smith Lane Drainage: N/ A Flood Plain: None Oversize Request: N/ A Proposed Public Improvements: None Easement Dedications: As shown on the plat Sidewalks:N/A STAFF COMMENTS / RECOMMENDATIONS This final plat subdivides a single 4.0 acre tract into two lots. Access easements are provided for both lots. It is located within the E.T.J of College Station and complies with our subdivision regulations as they pertain to E. T.J subdivisions. A Presubmission Conference was held on April 20, 1994 to review this plat. At that meeting, the only comment was to provide a more detailed vicinity map.
