STAFF COMMENTS / RECOMMENDATIONS
This final plat for Southwood Plaza Phase II is replatting one existing 10t into two for the
future sale of property to WalMart. Lot 4K will be incorporated into a planned expansion for
the existing WalMart facility. Sidewalks will be required on Lot 4J along Longmire Drive as
depicted on the sidewalk master plan. The plat was reviewed at a Presubmission Conference
on Apri113, 1994. A few minor comments were presented, which must be resolved as part of
the plat approval. The plat complies with our development policies and the comprehensive
plan.
