ITEM: Consider a Replat of Lot 1 University Industrial Park, Phase II.
ITEM SUMMARY: This is a replat of a 0.975 acre lot on Graham Road. It is being divided in
tow lots of equal size. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend approval
of the plat as presented.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the plat as presented.
CITY ATTORNEY RECOMMENDATIONS:
COUNCIL ACTION DESIRED: Approve the Replat.

Into Two C-1 General Commercial Lots Located Approximately 1000' East Of The
Intersection Of Wellborn Road And Graham Road.
Dear David,
The differences in the boundary associated with the Replat and the Original Plat are basically due to the
fact that the Replat is an actual "on-the-ground" survey and the property line bearings and distances
depicted on the Replat therefore take precedence over the original plat calls as depicted on the Original
Plat.
