SIDEWALKS: Sidewalks required on both sides due to the width of

variance has been submitted to this requirement.

STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends approval of the plat as submitted.
The sidewalk on both sides of Augusta circle is required because of the width of the right
of way. Although the street is c(}lleqtor size it selVes a local function with no other streets
connecting to it. Traffic is limited to the people who live or visit residents on the street.
For this reason the Presubmissiqni ~onference staff recommended granting the variance
and deleting the sidewalk on the iinsicle. of the circle.
