Mr. Dick .Haddox is the property owner of Lots 9 & 10, Block 17 in the
Pebble Creek Phase 2B Subdivision. There is a fire hydrant currently located
on the common line of the above mentioned lots. He is requesting the
opportunity to have this hydrant relocated to the common line between lots
10 & 11. I spoke with Mr. .Jon Mies,C.S.F.D Fire Marshall, this afternoon
and he stated he had no problem with this request due to the hydrants
being approximately 830 feet apart. This does not exceed the maximum of
1000 feet required for fire protection.

Re: Pebble Creek phase 2B Sidewalks
Dear Veronica;
I am enclosing a revised sidewalk plan for Pebble Creek phase 2B. Mr. A.P. Boyd is
requesting that sidewalks only be required on one side of Augusta Circle. The street is
being constructed as a 39' pavement in a 60' right-of-way, but is only a residential street
and not a collector. Several potential buyers have expressed a desire for this change and
some large trees may be saved by it. I believe that Mr. Boyd has discussed this with you.

Final Plat - Pebble Creek Phase 2B; approximately 46.48 acres divided into 55
single family lots generally located west of Rock Prairie Road, east of Pebble
Creek Parkway and south of Greens Prairie Road. (94-200)
SUBJECT:
A Presubmission Conference was held Wednesday, December 15, 1993 to discuss the above
mentioned final plat. The Committee identified no problems with the final plat as submitted
and recommended approval of the variance request to the sidewalk requirement that would
allow a sidewalk to be built on only one side of Augusta Circle.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES AND 1 MYLAR REPRODUCIBLE OF THE FINAL PLAT BY
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 29, 1993 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION PACKETS FOR THE MEETING OF THURSDAY, JANUARY 6,
1993. THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THIS FINAL PLAT ON THURSDAY,
JANUARY 27, 1994.
