STAFF COMMENTS / RECOMMENDATIONS
This lot as well as the two lots to the west were rezoned in 1984 from R-4 to A-P. The rezoning
was not in compliance with the Land Use Plan or with Development Policies. Two years ago, the
adjacent two lots were rezoned to the original designation. The current request will bring the
zoning of the property back in line with uses in the immediate area, which is characterized by a
mix of fourplex and duplex development.
Staff recommends approval.
