Home My WebLink AboutField Notes FIELD NOTES OF AN 11.876 ACRE TRACT CRAWFORD BURNETT LEAGUE ABSTRACT 7 COLLEGE STATION, BRAZ.OS COUNTY, TEXAS Field Notes of an 11.876 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League, Abstract 7, Brazos County, Texas and being a portion of a 36.684 acre tract out of the Jolly Jones 195.92 acre tract described in Volume 84, page 506 of the Release Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 11.876 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the South corner of the aforementioned 36.876 acre tract, said corner also lying in the northeast right-of-way line of Farm-to-Market Road 2154; THENCE northwesterly along the northeast right-of-way line of EM 2154 for the following calls: N 44033'00'~ for a distance of 333.05 feet to an angle point; N 28017'41'~ for a distance of 535.86 feet to an angle point; N 0023'03" W for a distance of 175.43 feet to the point of inter- section of the northeast right-of-way line of FM 2154 with the southeast right-of-way line of FM 2818; THENCE N 61015'47''E along the southeast right-of-way line of FM 2818 to a point for corner; THENCE S 45034'04''E across the said 36.684 acre tract for a distance of 863.91 feet to a point lying in the southeast line of the said 36.684 acre tract; THENCE southwesterly along the southeast line of the 36.684 acre tract for the following calls: S 46056' 30'~ for a distance of 264.41 feet to an angle point; . ."."",.",.~~ S 42030' 00" W for a distance of 368. 00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGL'mING .
