Application is in the name of Edsel D, Jones. (94-123) ITEM SUMMARY: The request in compliance with the Land Use Plan, which shows retail commercial for the subject property with more commercial to the east and high density residential to the south. The interim use on the property will be a golf driving range, until a permanent commercial user develops the site. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval by a unanimous vote. FINANCIAL SUMMARY: N/A CITY ATTORNEY RECOMMENDATIONS: No concerns expressed.
