Ordinance No. 1638 (the Zoning Ordinance) requires the applicant to furnish the following information:
1.) List the changed or changing conditions in the area or in the City which make this zone change
necessary.
The proposed rezoning will complY with the recentlv revised Comprehensive Plan and
Land Use Plan providing for low and medium density residential in this area. The
R-5 rezoning will below density apartments at 24 units per acre. ~
2.) Indicate whether or not this zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. If it is not,
explain why the Plan is incorrect.
This rezoning will cOlnplY with the recently revised Comprehensive Plan.
3.) List any other reasons to support this zone change.
This area is fairly built up and there is a limited number of tracts available for
this type of development.
The applicant has prepared this application and certifies that the facts stated herein and exhibits attached
