NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezoning request for 4.314 acres located along the east-side of Wellborn Road approximately 500'
north of the Graham Road intersection from C-2 Commercial. Industrial to R-5 Medium Density
Apartments.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, September 15, 1994.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received the following rezoning request
for the property located in the Edelweiss Estates Subdivision:
Applicant: Cottages at Rock Prairie
Subject Property: 4.314 acres located along the. east side of Wellborn Road
approximately 500' north of the Graham Road intersection. (See
attached area map.)
Proposed Zoning: From C-2 Commercial Industrial to R-5 Medium Density
Apartments.
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on Thursday, September 15, 1994
and recommended .approval of the rezoning request. The. City Council .meeting to consider the
rezoning request has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 10, .1994. The .public hearing
will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall at 1101 Texas
Avenue South, College Station,. Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject propertyhave received notification of this
request.
