Cashways property, located adjacent and to the rear of Furrow's .from C-1 General
Commercial to C-2 Commercial Industrial.

This rezoning is being. requested for the expansion of Furrow's to supply additional building for
lumber storage. and additional- parking for employee parking. A private access easement will be
constructed out to the right-of-way to the rear that runs behind Furrow's, Sam's and the Movie
Theater. Thisaccess will. be for employees.
Staff recommends approval.
