NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
ONLY
The College .Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a rezoning request for 1.77 acres located adjacent and to the rear of the
existing Furrow's site at 1501 State Highway 6 East Bypass, proposed lot 1R of the
Harvey Road East Subdivision from C-1 General Commercial to C-2 Commercial
Industrial.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101
Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, August 4, 1994.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received the following rezoning
request for the property located adjacent and to the rear of the existing Furrow's site at
1501 State Highway 6 East Bypass:
Applicant: Payless Cashways
Subject' Property: 1.77 acres, to be lot 1R of the Harvey Road East
Subdivision.
Proposed Zoning: From C-1 General Commercial to C-2 Commercial
Industrial
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the
rezoning request on Thursday, August. 4, 1994. The City Council will also hold a public
hearing to consider the rezoning request on Thursday, August 25, 1994. Both public
hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall
at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.

Re: Special Exception Request at 1501 Highway 6 East Bypass.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC P~EARING
This to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a special exception to Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the expansion of a
non-conforming use located at 1501 Highway 6 East Bypass, lot 1 of the Harvey Road
East Subdivision. The applicant is requesting the parking lot and storage area expansion
of the existing Furrow's site:
Applicant: Payless Cashways, Inc.
Subjectect Pronert~ 1501. State Highway 6 East Bypass
Action Requested: Special exception request to expand anon-conforming use.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider the special
exception request on Tuesday, August 2, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the
College Station City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within. 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
