NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning
request for 72.4 acres in the Pebble Creek Subdivision; Tract 1 totalling 37.14 acres
located northeast of and adjoining Marsh Boulevard and Tracts 2 and 3 totalling 9.02
and 26.24 acres located on the southwest corner of Spearman. Drive adjoining Pebble
Creek Parkway described in a deed dated December 14, 1992 and recorded in volume
1671, page 276 of the Brazos County Deed Records, from R-3 Townhouses, R-4 Low
Density Apartments, A-P Administrative Professional and A-O Agricultural Open to R-1
and R-1A Single Family Residential.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101
Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, July 28, 1994.

Tracts 2 & 3 (9.02 .acres & 26.24 acres) generally located on

Several .days ago, you should have received a certified letter from the City of College
Station notifying you of a public hearing on the following rezoning case:
Ayplicant: Pebble Creek Development
Subject Property: Tract 1 (37.14 acres) generally located northeast of and
adjoining Marsh Boulevard.
Tracts Z & 3 (9.02 acres & 26.24 acres} generally located on
the southwest corner of Spearman Drive adjoining Pebble
Creek Parkway.
Proposed Zoning: From R-3 Townhouses,. R-4 Low Density Apartments, A-P
Administrative Professional and A-O Agricultural Open to
R-1 and R-1A Single Family Residential.
The Planning. and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the
rezoning request on Thursday, July 7, 1994. However, the City Council public hearing
scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 1994 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 20,
1994. All public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the College
Station City Hall. at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
