WHEREAS, on May 26, 1994, the City..Council of .the .:City of College Station convened and pursuant to notices proscribed by law held a public hearing with regard to the application for the rezoning of 3.770 acres of property situated in the Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos County, Texas, and more particularly describedas follows: Being a 3.770 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Morgan Rector Survey, Abstract No. 46, Brazos-County,. Texas, and being part of the called `38.65 .acre tracf described in the Purchase Agreement between Vera C. Dowell (Seller) and'Clint A.
