STAFF COMMENTS 1 RECOMMENDATIONS
A rezoning to C- 2 will add uses such as sheet metal manufacturing and building supplies as well
as wholesale businesses to those uses thatare permitted under the current zoning. The requested
zoning differs from the existing in that if lists more industrial type uses than commercial.
This request is not in conflict with surrounding zoning and land uses, and it is in compliance with
the Land Use Plan. Staff recommends ,approval.
