NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning
request for 4.58 acres, Tract A, Lot Al of Ponderosa Place II Subdivision from C-1
General Commercial to C-2Commercial Industrial.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101
Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, March 24, 1994.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48
hours before the meeting. To make arrangements call (409) 764-3547 or (TDD) 1-800-

NOTICE OF PUBliC HEARING
This to notify you that the City of College Station has received a rezoning request for
approximately 4.58 acres in the Ponderosa Place Subdivision located along the north side
of Longmire Drive approximately 300' east of the Pinon Drive and Longmire
intersection:
Applicant: John Godfrey, Godfrey Construction
Subject Property: Tract A, Lot A-I of Ponderosa Place II Subdivision
Proposed Zoning: From C-1 General Commercial to C-2 Commercial
Industrial
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the
rezoning request on Thursday, March 3, 1994. The City Council will hold a public
hearing to consider the rezoning request on Thursday, March 24, 1994.
All public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the College Station
City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
