NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning
request for 10.071 acres including lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, block A of Eastmark Subdivision
Phase II from A-P Administrative Professional to WPC Wolf Pen Creek Corridor.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101
Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, March 24, 1994.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48
hours before the meeting. To make arrangements call (409) 764-3547 or (TDD) 1-800-

consider a. rezoning request for 10.071 acres including lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, block A of
Eastmark Subdivision Phase II from A-P Administrative Professional to WPC Wolf Pen
Creek Corridor.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101

This to notify yOu that the City of College Station has received a rezoning request for
approximately 10.071 acres generally located on the southwest corner of Colgate and
Eastmark Drive:
Applicant: Paul Clarke, Clarke & Wyndham Investments
Subject Property: lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, block A of Eastmark Phase II
Proposed Zoning: From A-P Administrative Professional to WPC Wolf Pen
Creek Corridor
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the
rezoning request on Thursday, March 3,. 1994. The City Council will hold a public
hearing to consider the rezoning request on Thursday, March 24, 1994.
All public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the College Station
City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property oWners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
