Same 2.000 acre tract also being a portion of Tract" A", Southwood V alley - Section 30, an addition to the City Of College Station, plat being recorded in Volume 508, Page 571 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. Said 2.000 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2" diameter iron rod set for the northwest comer of same Tract "A" and also marking the intersection of the southeast right-of-way line of Texas State Farm-To-Market Road 2818, commonly known as the West By-Pass, with the east right-of-way line of Welch Avenue; THENCE N 56 Degrees 59 ' 10" E along said southeast right-of-way line of P.M. 2818 for a distance of 272.25 feet to a 1/2" diameter set for angle point: THENCE S 32 Degrees 57' 31" E parallel with the east right-of-way line of Welch Avenue for a disltance of 320.00 feet to a 1/2" diameter set for comer. Same 6.857 acre tract also being a portion of Tract" A", Southwood Valley - Section 30, an addition to the City Of College Station, plat being recorded in Volume 508, Page 571 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
