The owner's designation of his property as · a "shopping. center" for the purpose of calculating parking requirements is not a odnveyanceofan interest in property. At the time of the designation the property was under one ownership. There Were no crOss parking agreements, implied or otherwise. Whether theproperty was subsequently subdivided or not does not affect the shopping center designation for the purpose of calculating the number of total parkingspaces.,.The. subdivision.. of . the. property. merely;..allowed both. successors in interestto remove tnedesignation.lnmy opinion the Tymoval of the designation by either requires. both. properties to come into compli89ce. with current ordinances pertaining to. the provision of parking s~aces. underth~.
