The College Station . Planning and Zoning . Commission will hold a. public hearing
to consider. .aconditional .use permit<requestby . Don .. Ganter to operate a
nightclub in the former Campus . Theater located at 301 University. Drive. West.
The hearing .will beheld in the Council Room of the College Station City H[all,
1101 Texas .Avenueat the 1:00 p.m.. meeting of the Commission on Thursclay,
March 4, 1993.

This is to. notify you that .the CollegeStatiqnPlanning and Zoning Commission
will hold a publichearipgtoconsideraconditional use permit request by Don
Ganter to operate a nightclub in the former Campus Theater located at 301
U niversi ty Drive West.
The J>ublic hearing will be held on Thursday, March 4, 1993in the Council Room
of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at 7:00 P.M.
All property owners within 200' of the subject property have received notification
of this. request. '
