AProjectReviewCornmitteerneeting was held Wednesday, November 17, 1993 to discuss the
above . me Iltioned site plan. ...City. Engineer Pullen moved to reCOlnmend .approval of the site plan
as submitted. with . the conditions.. that the lanqscaping, dumpster and .. fire. hydrant locations be
provided by the applicant and approved by ... staff. P & Z Representative Lane seconded the
motion which passed unopposed (3- 0). The following comments were made by the various
reviewing .. agents:
PLANNING:
Show. proposed ..dumpster .locations and ptoposed..screening. Coordinate sizing and pick-
up details with SanitationSllperintendent Jim Smith at (409) 764-3690.
Provide driveway. locations and dimensions. along both sides of Holleman Drive including
the distances from the: proposed access points.
Additionalparking..islands must be installed . throughout the site. Islands must be installed
between a rnaximumof 15. parking spaces within the interior and 20 parking spaces on
the periphery of the site. An island must be installed along the rear property line where
handicap spaces are proposed. The proposed handicap ramp can be integrated into the
island.
