(93-504) A Project Review Coml11itteemeeting was. held Wednesday, October 20, 1993 to discuss the above .mentioned . site . PI~n, City Engineer .PuIlen moved to recommend approval of the plan as submitted, P&ZRepresentative Mariott seconded the motion which passed unopposed (3 - 0). The following comments were made by the various reviewing agents: STAFF COMMENTS: The building setback lines must be staked by a registered surveyor prior to a slab inspection. Parkland dedication will be required ptiortq issuance of abuilding permit. The dedication will be in the. form of a monetary contribution of $225 per . living unit fora total of · $1800. A total of 500 landscaping points are required per lot; half of the points must be in canopy trees,.. A mix of ~ye and Bermuda grass is recommended since planting. will take place. in. winter.. Note" the sprinkler system and deduct 10% from the totalpqints required, Revise the landscape plan and resubmit with construction documents ..for further review..
