ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Existing fire protection falls within distance requirements. Developer is responsible for all conduit installation, as well as 20% of the service installation costs. Try to keep landscaping a reasonable distance from water lines (5 ft. for. shrubs, 10 ft. for trees).
