Show the square footage of each buIldIng.
Show the number of bedrooms in each bUilding.
Show the distance between building.
If plans or title block refer to "architect" or any form'of
the word, those plans m.ustbe properly sealed by a registered
architect.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Existing fire protection falls within distance requirements.
Developer is responsible for all conduit installation, as well
as 20% of the service installation costs.
Try to keep landscaping a reasonable distance from water lines
(5 ft. for. shrubs, 10 ft. for trees).

BUILDING CONSTRUC1"'ION PLANS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR. TO
