Project Review Committee meton.Wednesday, August 4, 1993 discuss. the above. mentioned site plan. The Committee voted unanimously to approve the site plan with the following comments and concerns from the various reviewing agents: ENGINEERING: Adrainagedevelopmenr>permit is required prior to any site work. Coordinate proposed drainage plan and submittal requirements with City Engineer David Pullen at (409) .764-3570. Correct the reference to the rear "Retention Area" to read "Detention Area". Submit a · copy of the homeowner's. association agreement thar.addresses maintenance of the common areas including access and cross parking agreements. Concerned with the impact of the proposed rear detention area on the existing sanitary sewer line. As a part of this development, the applicant may be required to replace that line. The City Council is scheduled to cons icIer the ordinance. amendment on Thursday, Allgust 26, 1993. Since the.plan is ..conceptual in nature, the complete site plan and possibly a finaL plat will need to be submitted to the Committee for review. The following comments were made by the various reviewing agents: ENGINEERING: A drainage development permit is required prior to any site work.
