(93-500) A Project Review Committee meeting was held Wednesday, June 30, 1993 to discuss the above mention~d.siteplan.The following comments were made by the various.reviewing.agents: ELECTRICAL: Show the existing utility poles along the rear of the property. The developer is responsible for providing two 4" conduits from> each building to, the pole. Submit . a letter . requesting underground electrical service to Electrical Operations Coordinator Tony. Michalsky at (409) 764-3690. PARKS: Parkland dedication ..must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit. The monetary dedication is $225 per unit or a total of $1800. FIRE: Show the distance to. the nearest fire hydrant and add actual.linear footage to . hydrant. Show.thewatermeter locations for each unit and give load data per unit. Submit sanitary sewer loading inforinationbased on gallons per day. Show all existing water and sanitary sewer mains. PLANNING: Make sure that 70 gallon roll away dumpsters are adequate in size and number for the proposed project.. If larger containers aren~~ded,.coordinate.location and screening requirements with Sanitation Superintendent Jim Smi~hat (409)764-3660. Dimension the 8' front parking . lot setback requirement. Provide. as much turnaround area in the rear as possible. Note the zoning and owners of adjoining property. Add a note to the landscape. plall.;stating that any area including rights-of-way and adjacent property disturbed duringconstructiollshall be returned to.. its. original condition. Note that perennial grass will be placed in all areas not otherwise built, paved or landscaped. Suggested that some of the trees be relocated to the rear of the property to achieve equal dispersal.. of vegetation. Coordinate location with GTE Representative Laverne Akin at (409)821..3768. The.. developer. is . required to provide one 41t conduit in the 10' utility easement in the rear of the property. (this is due to the easement having . parking . over it). Also, one 2"conduit. wilL have to be stubbed out from each four plex to .the.conduit placed along the utility easement. SUBMIT THREE CORIES OF COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. WITH THE. REVISED SITERLAN ATTACHED AND FOUR ADDITIONAL REVISED ....SITEPLANS TO CONTINUE WITH PHASE II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
