The Project ReviewCofnmittee met on Wednesday, November 24, 1993 to discuss the above
mentioned parking .lot plan.. . Staff Plan~erF(l1el1zelmoved to approve the parking lot plan as
submitted with staff cOJl1ments. Assist~nt exty Engineer Morgan seconded the motion which
passed unopposed (3 ..0). The following comments were made by the various reviewing agents:
COMMENTS/CONCERNS:
The electrical service will needlo be upgraded and installed underground. It is the
developer's responsibility to install thr.iconduitand provide the easement for the service
line. . . Submit size and type of Syrvicf ~nd coordinate details with Electrical Operations
Coordinator Tony Michalsky at (409). 764~3660.
Submit water demands and sanita:r~. sewer loadings in order to size the meter.

Expressed concern of. the encroachment of the. parking island on to lot 9.
Work with staff to determine the necessary signage required for the proposed drive-thru
traffic. Show the proposed traffic direction. arrows on the pavement.
A fire extinguishing .system must be installed above the fryer. Coordinate fire
extinguisher requirements with Fire Marshal George Spain at (409) 654-3705. (Ensure
that the rear access is not block.ed so that people can completely exit the building.)
Coordinate. telephone service, if the. existing facilities are not adequate, with G.T.E.
Representative. Laverne Akin at (409)821 ~4723.
SUBMIT 4 COMPLETE SETS.OFCONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS WITH THE REVISED
SITE PLANAITACHED AND 3 ADDITIONAL SITE PLANS TO CONTINUE WITH
PHASE lIOF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
