Drive. (93-417V A Project Review Coml11ittee meeting was held Wednesday, June 30, 1993 to discuss the abovementioned site plan. The following comments were made by the various reviewing agents: . BUILDING: Electrical service will be served from the service on the original building to the portable building. The structure must be securely anchored. Co.ordinate building details with Building Official Coy Perry at (409) 764-3741. PRC Report Amour D'Espresso Case #93-417 Page 2 P & Z REPRESENTATIVE: Concerned with generating vehicle traffic with the proposed business. The existing parking barely meets . City parking requirements and patrons of the business are not likely to use the parking · available in the Mudlot one block away. PLANNING: Variances must be granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment to the parking, setback and landscape island requirements before the building can be moved on site. SUBMIT A VARIANCE REQUEST APPLICATION BY FRIDAY, JULY 2, 1993 AND 10 COPIES OF THE REVISED SITE PLAN BY THURSDAY, JULY 15, 1993 TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AT THEIR MEETING ON TUESDAY, JULY 20, 1993.
