The following comments were made by various reviewing agents: STAFF COMMENTS: The proposed dumpster .location and screening is acceptable with the removal of the .... proposed gates. Coordinate details with Sanitation Superintendent Jim Smith at (409)764-3690. Staff will determine if the existing transformer is adequate to facilitate the proposed renovation . and drive-thru. There is an existing underground telephone service line along the west property line. Coordinate the location of that line and any changes in the telephone service withG.T.E. Representative Laverne Akin at (409) 821- 4723. There is an existing 4" gas main along. University Drive. Coordinate the location of that line atleast 2 .. 3 days prior to any site work with Lone Star Gas Representative Don Fazzino at (409) 776...0627. SUBMIT 4 COPIES OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS . WITH THE. REVISED SITE AND LANDSCAPING PLANS ATTACHED AND 4 ADDITIONAL REVISED SITE AND LANDSCAPING PLANS TO CONTINUE WITH PHASE II OF' THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
