(93-414) FROM: The ProjectReview~ommittee met on Wednesday, June 23, 1993 to review the above mentioned. .parking lot plan. Sprinkler plans must be reviewed and approved prior to issuance of a building permit. PRC Report Outback Steakhouse Case #93-414 Page 2 WATER/WASTE. WATER: Note that. water. and sanitary sewer service lines are existing and private and note that the 15' utility easement is private. Indicate the water meter as proposed or existing. The 6"water service may be oversized for . the proposed use. Submit minimum and maximum water demands and. sanitary sewer loadings and attach them to the site plan. Coordinate details with Engineering Assistant Samantha Smith at (409) 764-3660. PUBUC SERVICES: Provide a 50' clearing immediately in front of the dumpster location. The current dumpster location is unacceptable; however, the container could be moved to the opposite end of the.. parking . aisle. . Coordinate details with Sanitation Superintendent Jim Smith at (409) 764-3690. G.T.E.: Coordinate .. telephon~ . service . details .and . requirements with G.T.E. Representative . Laverne Akin at 821..4723. . Service must come from the existing utility easement that serves. the Target development. and not Texas Avenue. ELECTRICAL: Submit a letter requesting underground electrical service and agreeing to pay the associated costs. The developer is responsible for installing conduit and the transformer pad. The meter location will be on the transformer. Coordinate details with Electrical Operations Coordinator Tony Michalsky at (409) 764-3660. Additional easements may be necessary to provide for electrical service. LONE STAR GAS: Coordinate gas service details with Lone Star. Gas Representative Kean Register at (409) 776-0627. PLANNING: Coordinate landscaping requirements with Mapping Specialist Nanette Manhart at (409) 764-3570 and address how the plan will fit into the overall site. SUBMIT 4 COPIES OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS WITH THE REVISED SITE PLAN ATTACHED . AND 4 ADDITIONAL REVISED SITE PLANS TO CONTINUE WITH PHASE II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
