depicted by plat record,ed in VOLUME 1078, PAGE 284 of' the Official
Records of Brazos County, Texas, said 0.028 acre . tract being more,
particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit A attached hereto
and included, lor all purposes.
To construct and thereafter use, repair, maintain" reconstruct, and remove as
necessary normal surface drainage facilities, including but not limited to flumes,
ditches, drainage swales and similar installations, and including the right to
control the growth of trees and other vegetation which Dlight interfere with or

It is expreSSly stated that this easement is for the passage of uncontaminated ·
