A Presubmission Conference was held wednesda , October 20, 1993. to discuss the

above mentioned preliminary plat. The Committee agreed that the plan must be
resubmitted for review. once the concerns.. outlined in this report .are addressed. The
followin comments were made. by the various revie~ving agents:

A second Presubrnissian Conference was held Wednesday, October 27, 1993 to discuss
the above mentioned preliminary plat.. The applicant's engineer, M. L. Hammons,
explained that after working with staff :.before the meeting, .that ,.some of the. lots would
be combined to address same of tl~e items in the previous review. A ..final plat will be
submitted later to subdivide these larger lots. -' The following comments were made by
the various reviewing agents;
