The Project Review Comm.itt~e met on Wednesday, May 5, 1993- discuss the above
mentioned revised preliminary plat. The following comnnents were made by the various
reviewing agent:
PLANNING:
If the small portion no ed 'To Regency Parkway'' is to be sold or traded to
:Regency ~'arl~way, it can either be incorporated into a replat of Regency Parkway
or shown as ~. separate lot on the plat. If the latter is done, there sha11 be a note
an the plat indicating that this lot does not have utilities and any future building
on the lot will require utility extensions; the .cost to be bourne solely by the owner

Provide a 10' public utility easement between lots one and two to cover the
underground electrical service, Coordinate specific locations: ar~d details with.

Q.T.E.:
Provide 'a 10:' public utility easement to cover the facilities to be extended .along
the East 'Bypass frontage road. Coordinate details with G.T.E. Representative
Laverne Akin at (409} 821-4723.,

Coordinate sanitary .sewer service with Engineering Assistant Samantha Smith at
(409} 7C~4-3060. If public extensions are needed, provide the necessary
construction documents :and easements.:
