1 There is no grant of authority. regarding construction standards of streets located in a City's ETJI Rather, the
county is given specific authority over construction of streets located outside:-the corporate limits of a City. Section
232.03 TEX. LaCAL GOVT CODE. Accordingly, a county is vested with the authority to set construction
standards for streets located a~tside the corporate boundaxies of a City. Additionally, the requirements for park
land dedication to do not apply to the ETJ. Chapter 9, Section 10.
