(93-233) A .PresubmissionConference was held Wednesday, Septemper 22,1993 to discuss the abovementioned final plat. . The. various reviewing agents identified no problems with the plat .as submitted and recommended approval. Staff will inform the applicant of the best.way. to . proceed considering that. the plat does not conform exactly to the zoning district boundary established previously.
