Drive, near the corner of Longmire and Deacon Drive. Applicant is Roy Luepnitz.
ITEM SUMMARY: This replat is dividing a developed property for the purpose of 'sale of the
buildings and the property they cover. Common ownership is to be held in the remaining property
under a Condominium declaration. The Planning and Zoning Commission heard this item at their
August 5, 1993 meeting and recommended approval with staff recommendations.
