As stated earlier in. this report, these 2 plats are to correct an existing subdivision that was not
platted. at the.. time ...it was..... subdivided.. They... are located within... the. existing Emerald Forest
Subdivision, . Phases 2 and 6.. The property was sold. to adjacent ..property owners. as additional
"backyard" space and is. currently being used in that. manner ..All.lotsin these 2 plats are located
within.the floodplain. of Bee Creek. The 1PP}icflpt.is.requestingtlmtthese lots be platted without
public utilities or access, which is not .inac~prdance withtneCitySubdivision RegulaHons. He
has addressed that issue with.a note o.n the plat which states.that these lots do not have public
