STAFF COMMENTS:
This final plat is being submitted as the 2nd phase of a 4 phase Master Preliminary lplatof
Emerald Forest 8-11, which was approved by .Council in early .1990. This plat conforms
to that approved preliminary. A general note on the approved Master Plat allows the
developer to postpone the construction of that portion of North Forest Parkway loeated in
Phase 9, if the City of College Station has not committed to a construction date .for their
portio.n of North Forest Parkway by the time of final platting of Phase 9. He is allowed to
delay this until Phase 10 construction.
