Anyway, he has> some questions regarding possible flexibility in surface material to the rear of the buildings which will (I believe) be a "compound .area". He also wanted to know if the island requirement is applicable in the areas of display of new and used cars. I mentioned that he should be aware that streetscape willc.ome into play on this proeprty. I do think we need to see some end islands as a way to disperse landscaping and provide some traffic direction. I don't ,remember the details on the turn-around. I would think it would have to be built with the project but I honestly can't remember if we decided something else at the time. The drainage will betaken via off-site easement obtained at final plat direct to the creek, so there will be no detention. Whenyou're ready to look at it, I'll give you the onesit~ plan I have for your . comments. After you've seen it, you can advise as to whether a predev. mtg would be advisable. A bond. must be submitted to guarantee the waterline extension and the turnaround prior to filing the plat for record....
