Suggested the original plat and the replatbe included on the same page if they will both fit.
Change the. title blocl<to refer to tl1e original plat as the replat of a 17.42 acre tract of a 39.9
acre subdivision, Woodway.. Village Phase I.
If Jones~B1.lt1erRoadisextendedJhrough this tract,.constr~ction documents must be submitted
and approved. prior to scheduling for Planning . and Zoning Commission. and City Council
consideration.. Once the final plat isaprrovedby the Commission.. . and City. Council, the
Jones-Butler Road extension must be built and accepted by the City or guaranteed through a
letter of credit before the final plat canqe filed for record. If the existing right-of-way is
proposed to be abandoned, . staff has no problems;. however, the entire right-of-way should be
abandoned at one time.
